Therapeutic Massage

• 60 minutes $70
• 90 minutes $100

• Payment  –  Cash or Checks (No credit card)                                        

• Cancellation policy – I ask that you give 24 hours notice if canceling your appointment.  If you must cancel within the 24-hour period before your appointment, I ask that you reschedule your appointment or pay 1/2 the session fee. If your cancellation is a no-show/no-call, I expect payment in full for the missed session. I do not charge in cases of emergency.

• Confidentiality and Non-sexuality policies – Our sessions are completely confidential; I will not share your personal information with anyone, professional or otherwise, without your specific permission.  Also, all sessions are non-sexual.  Any attempt to sexualize our relationship will result in immediate termination of the session and you will be responsible for full payment.

• Your signature is needed before the session – I understand the massage therapist does not diagnosis illness, disease or any other physical or mental condition. Therefore, this massage does not constitute medical treatment, but is a way in which to maintain my health and wellness. Accordingly, I confirm that I have consulted a medical doctor for authorization to have a massage. I have stated all my known relevant medical conditions and will keep the therapist informed of any major health changes. I understand it is requested that I arrive for my appointment 5 minutes earlier, be clean, alcohol and drug free, and a minimum of 24 hours cancellation notice is necessary. The therapist has explained the procedures and techniques that will be performed during the session and hereby acknowledge that informed content has been obtained. Any sexual misconduct will be grounds for termination of massage session.
